There are many steps involved with finding and purchasing your new home, but I'll lay it out for you so it isn't as daunting and stressful. More importantly, I'll educate you on the ways we'll get you to the finish line of being the winning offer. Not all buyer's agents come alike, but I have a great track record of getting my clients their dream homes.

Phase 1: Getting Started

  • Initial Meeting

    • Whether we met at an open house, through a friendly referral or bumped into each other at a coffee shop lets take it to the next step and figure out what it is you are looking for, your time frame and any other hurdles we may have to succumb.

  • Market Insight

    • This is where I may be the bearer of troubling news, I'll make sure to set realistic goals and provide you with the means and understanding of what our future battles may look like. I'll explain the competition and market strategies on what to expect. 

  • Pre-Approval Process

    • If you don't already have a preferred lender, I'll make sure to provide you with my tried and true favorites. Therefore we can make sure we are ready to take the dive when we find you that perfect home. 


Phase 2: The Hunt

  • Viewing Homes

    • We'll collaborate in the search to identify potential properties and view them together to discuss the pros and cons of each to decide if moving forward with an offer is in consideration. 

  • The Learning Process

    • We'll discuss the market changes between interest rates, competition and the marketplace to modify the plan accordingly. Generally the plan changes from beginning to end, so don't feel guilty if there is a learning curve.

Phase 3: Buying Your New Home

  • Offer Guidelines

    • We'll discuss the contingencies and processes of the purchase agreement to identify where you are comfortable going and how we will stay competitive during the bidding process.

  • Inspections & Due Diligence

    • Working together with our preferred vendors we will complete thorough inspections therefore you can recognize what you are getting yourself into. If any other negotiations are necessary in regard to the physical condition, we'll work together between both parties to find a resolution.

  • Escrow & Closing

    • Complete execution of all necessary documents and transfers to take you to the final finish line; recording title.
